  1. Prepare the Asparagus: Start by washing the asparagus and trimming the tough ends. Finely chop the asparagus spears into small pieces.
  2. Sauté Asparagus: In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the finely chopped asparagus and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they become tender but still crisp. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Beat the Eggs: In a bowl, crack the eggs and beat them well. You can add a pinch of salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Chili Heat: To add a touch of heat, finely chop the red chili. Make sure to remove the seeds if you prefer a milder flavor.
  5. Cook the Eggs: In the same skillet, add a bit more butter if needed. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet, ensuring they spread evenly. Cook for a few minutes until the edges start to set.
